This card I designed for the CASE Study Challenge #134. I used the Hero's Art Stamp in Flower Swirl Vines. I embossed the stamp in clear powder.
To get the blue background I used Tim Holtz Distressed Inks in Tumbled Glass, Broken China, and Peacock Feathers. I really like the washed out blue look that is given. I then added some rhinestones and the sentiment to finish off this card.
